Packing of the clothes that you are not wearing now and smaller items such as books can be packed a few weeks before the move. Try doing this one week prior to the moving date in order for you to have a room and space to mingle around the house.

When it comes to the other location, feel free to come as early as you can to do a quick sweeping.
